Our salted caramel crumble starts off with our fudgy blondie base with beautiful notes of buttery and toffee flavour and is ribboned with thick homemade caramel sauce. We then add our own shortbread cookie crumbles for the perfectly crunchy topping.
All our products are lovingly handmade in small batches in our bakery using premium and/or locally made ingredients such as scratch made jams and caramel sauce, Whittakers chocolate, and high quality cocoa powder.
Best served warm with your choice of milk or ice cream.
* Our blondies are approximately 22 cm by 15 cm and have a minimum pre-bake weight of 720g each. Most of our blondies weigh more depending on the mix-ins.
* Salted Caramel Crumble Blondie contains gluten, soy, and may contain traces of dairy products due to the use of chocolate. Gluten-free blondies are not available at the moment. All our products are dairy free and egg free (apart from trace ingredients).
