Lotus Biscoff biscuits and chocolate brownie are a match made in heaven. The sweet caramel and spice flavours of Biscoff spread complements the brownie so well, it is one of our highly requested brownies. We start off with our signature fudgy brownie made with 70% dark chocolate and add a generous layer of Biscoff spread. We then top the brownie with Biscoff biscuits and more Biscoff crumbles.
All our products are lovingly handmade in small batches in our bakery using premium and/or locally made ingredients such as scratch made jams and caramel sauce, Whittakers chocolate, and high quality cocoa powder.
Best served warm with your choice of milk or ice cream.
* Our brownies are approximately 22 cm by 15 cm and has a minimum pre-bake weight of 720g each. Most of our brownies weigh more depending on the mix-ins.
* Biscoff Brownie contains gluten, soy, and may contain traces of dairy products due to the use of chocolate. Gluten-free option is not available for Biscoff brownie. All our products are dairy free and egg free (apart from trace ingredients).
